Bihar DECE LE 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must fulfill one of the following educational qualifications:

Educational Qualification

1. 10+2 Pass with at least one of the following subjects:

• Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, Computer Science, Electronics, IT, Biology
• Informatics Practices, Biotechnology, Technical Vocational Subject, Agriculture, Engineering Graphics, Business Studies, Entrepreneurship

OR

2. Class 10 + 2-Year ITI Certificate: Candidates who have completed Class 10 followed by a two-year ITI program are eligible for lateral entry into the second year of Diploma courses in Engineering/Technology.

Bridge Courses

Students from non-technical backgrounds may need to enroll in bridge courses (e.g., Mathematics, Physics, Engineering Drawing) to meet the academic requirements. These courses will be conducted by the affiliating body.
